Lincoln Community Care Center & Lakeside Suites

Every employee cared about our family like they were actually our family. My father was here for two days before he passed. They not only took care of my father with respect and dignity they took care of us as well. I cannot thank them enough for their care. I can go on and on about how much I appreciated every one of them.

Our Dad has been there about two months now. This was a huge decision for all of the family, everything needed to be perfect and the right fit for dad. He really likes it there,loves the food and always tells us how great the entire staff treats and takes care of his every need.. Thanks James

I am giving it one star based on most of the staff and the excellent care they provide the residents. However, The administrator is horrible . The unethical practices and complete disregards for the residents actual family members is disgusting. My grandmother died alone .

DON'T LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES THERE OR ON HOSPICE CARE IN BENTON COUNTY!!!! The care there is AWFUL!!! They gave my Mother medications that were specifically on her DO NOT give list. The floors were filthy. It was clear there was blood stains/smears and medical equipment on the floor from the previous tenant. I have pictures along with medication that was given my Mother that wasn't supposed to be.I'm seriously thinking of taking this up with the state. They think we can't do anything, well, watch me!!!
