This office has been so great to work with. They have been very accommodating to my needs. I use a wheelchair and they let me come in the larger side door instead of the front. That was so nice and very helpful. They have worked with me to ensure I have the best BiPAP mask for my situation. Everyone at this location has been very nice and helpful.

To talk to an actual person by phone is difficult. Lincare failed to include "evidence of medical necessity" several times to our insurance company (even though they have this information), causing the claims to be denied. Further, my wife's catastrophic cap was met months ago (meaning she has no copays and no portion to pay), yet Lincare sends her a bill every month. So, my wife, who has Stage 4 lung cancer, metastisized to her brain, has to contact Lincare and argue with them every month. Yesterday, after trying several times to contact Lincare, "Jen" answered and then hung up on my wife as my wife was trying to explain that her catastrophic cap was met months ago. Great provider!! Have always been very prompt with request. Provide my oxygen, bi-pap, nebulizer and ventilator. The staff is very professional and answer any questions you have and give excellent instructions on all supplies. Respiratory therapist are very knowledgeable and have excellent teaching skills. Highly recommend.

Unprofessional, gave excuses and was told to call my insurance. I called and was told that Lincare had not called them. My insurance kept me on the phone and faxed them everything again.

Lincare has been delivering my CPAP supplies for several years now. The site in Maryville is close by and all the employees are knowledgeable and helpful! They are presently getting me set up with a new CPAP machine.
