The staff is outstanding! The Respiratory Therapist, Adrianne is very nice and very professional. She explains things thoroughly. She’s very patient with all of my questions, no matter how many times I may ask them. She has a wonderful, friendly personality. She knows all of her products completely and has no problem selecting what was best for me. I feel very lucky to have her. The Customer Service Representative, Casey, is also outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He has incredible patience with my questions. He was able to provide me with a great deal of information about my insurance coverage for the products I need. He is very friendly and personable. Anyone who receives services from these staff members is very fortunate.

I had a wonderful experience when picking up my equipment. Really appreciated Adrianne's knowledge and help with learning how to use the equipment. I have to to say even walking into the office to work with the machine it smelled like donuts or homemade cookies, which made it very comfortable like being home. 💞 Thanks for all your help!
