She explained everything to me so that when I walked out, I understood my diagnosis, the cause and the treatment. She informs her patients that she is going to do all that's possible on her end to help you in your healing journey. Receptionist was rude and doctor won't let you be a new patient if you've had an accident and been prescribed pain medication by a previous doctor.
