Jenna is hands down the best when it comes to massage therapy—her knowledge, skill, and overall approach truly set her apart. What makes her exceptional is her understanding that real healing doesn’t stop in the massage room. She provides practical, effective strengthening tools to use outside of sessions, and even though they seem simple, they make a huge difference. No one has ever taken the time to do that for me before. I genuinely enjoy every session with her. Beyond being incredibly skilled, Jenna is caring, understanding, intelligent, and genuinely funny. She creates a space that feels both professional and comfortable, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and their long-term wellbeing.

WOW, what an experience! Haven’t had a massage like this in 20 years! Jenna was incredible! Being a bigger guy at 6’3” 250, it’s difficult to find a female with the strength and technique Sistah brings that can unlock the muscles effectively. Had cupping, scraping, and good old fashioned hands and elbows. While I feel like I got hit by a bus (by request, she was very in tune with my body and communicates throughout the session on how much pressure you want) I feel loose and got range of motion back after one session! Music was great, not that hippy new age stuff (I’m sure she’d accommodate if requested) and studio was clean and welcoming.
