Following a sports injury, I went to Limitless to help me get back on my feet. My hips were tilted and sliding to one side, and I couldn't stand up straight, which was causing me pain. Carlos did an assessment and explained what the issue was and how I may have got to that point. I appreciate that he used correct terminology and went into detail without 'dumbing it down'. It made complete sense. On day 1, he taught me how to stretch and strengthen my weak areas. I'm a multi-decade gym rat, and these are not your regular exercises. I say this to emphasize that despite my knowledge and experience, it does not compare to Carlos' level of expertise. He really knows what he's talking about. Before leaving, I already felt some relief. I went home with 6 items for homework, and I did them daily.
