Limecrest Subacute and Rehabilitation Center

My brother has been in a number of nursing homes. Mohawk meadows receives 5 stars from me. Extremely clean, decent food and a marvelous staff. We finely found my brother a place we can call home.we are finely at peace with our selves having a place that is safe and has that home feeling.

My mother spent quite a few years there. She had wonderful Nurses and wonderful Nurse's Aids! God bless the work you all are so dedicated to do! I will always remember your kindness. -Necia Fusco

My mom Elaine has been living here for 7+ years. Staff are wonderful people. They really take excellent care of my mother.

My sister was placed in Limecrest Nursing Home with Parkinson’s. There communication wit with during this time was very poor and even after several phone calls to Carol Baldwins office and leaving messages, I would never get a call back. The latest was just today regarding an severe infected ulcer that my sister got and will now take her life, the call was never returned. Lawsuit in the making!

First, excellent staff hands down! From dietary to the nurses, 100% dedication and loyalty to all residents! I have a family member currently a resident and the care for them is amazing!
