Lima Memorial Health System Wapakoneta Medical Center

This is the second time I have been turned away trying to have one of my children seen. I walked in at 7:30 pm with my son you is clearly very sick and we were told he couldn't be seen because they close at 8:00 pm. 5 people are just sitting around at the front desk talking and playing on their phones and telling me my son can't be seen bc it will be an hour wait and they close at 8. NOBODY IN THE WAITING ROOM! Now I will be taking my son to the ER. I am disappointed and discouraged and disgusted.

I went to this place the 6th of January 2026 . The receptionist said they are not taking patients because their computers are down . I left because I was a walk-in . It was workers compensation . I came to this place today told the receptionist it was workers compensation she gave me a form to fill out. Took my workers compensation letter she did not have a problem . The nurse came out and said they don't do workers compensation . Just a bunch of snobs .

Lab services are so convenient. We drive from Lima Shawnee to get our labs drawn. Great facility overall.

I gave 5 stars because when I went into this urgent care, only one lady was on staff and she was busting her butt to get people taken care of! She did an amazing job helping me. She was kind and sweet and so understanding. She was upfront about everything and worked as quickly as she could. She is a stellar employee. I can't believe this place only staffed her and her alone! She did amazing deserves a raise for all she did and then some! Thank you so much you sweet soul! As far as the people that OWN this urgent care..... DO BETTER!

Getting paperwork filled out and faxed is like pulling teeth. My father-in-law needs a new hospital bed and wheelchair. His doctor here is taking her sweet time filling it out and sending it back so the medical equipment store can run it through insurance (and who knows how long the insurance company is going to take). We are trying to move my father-in-law to Otterbein, which his doctor knows. My husband and I work full time in a factory and my father-in-law's doctor isn't wanting to approve the FLMA paperwork for the whole month of March because she doesn't understand why it takes a month to move. I had to go through 4 different nurses and tried to explain to her that my husband had for the whole month of March since the medical equipment store is waiting for them to send back the paperw
