Lima Memorial Health System Putnam County Medical Center

We absolutely love this office. We've seen all 3 of the care providers and they have each been wonderful. Kayla Croy is our main provider, and our family just can't say enough good about her. She always goes above and beyond to make sure she gives us exceptional care. The nurses and medical assistants are always very friendly too. There has been quite a few times that we have felt the front desk could have been much more friendly then what they were, but with the exceptional care of the providers, we overlook it. We have and will continue to recommend this office!

A really positive experience from the moment I called to set up an appointment until I went in for my appointment. The receptionist, Rebecca, who checked me in was very approachable and nice. The nurse, Amy, was really kind! I have anxiety when it comes to doctor offices and she was amazing! My appointment was with Kerri Gerding. Kerri is really professional and didn’t rush me out the door. She took the time to listen to the list of concerns that I had and made sure to help me get the proper tests ordered that I needed. Thankful I came across this office, I would definitely recommend it.

I took my young sons here when one had been congested for a few days and then started throwing up. He was miserable. My other son seemed to be a few days behind on the symptoms. The staff was ok but our nurse struggled to input medications into the computer and the doctor quickly looked over my boys. We were told it was a virus that needed to work it's way out and no medication was perscribed. I figured fine. I understand....but we walked out at 7:55 and they locked the door after us. Okay seemed like they were racing to close. So next day my son is getting even worse. We take him to his family doctor and he has a double ear infection! My other son had his cough for 2 weeks and took him to his family doctor and he needed a steroid. I called lima to complain and the medical director said

Doctor Maag was a good doctor. Was really comfortable around her with the way she treated me. Front desk lady with the short hair cut seemed rude both times I have gone there..

Dr nate Clinton is an awesome doctor he really cares about his patients well being as well as their health
