Very friendly staff- very clean and welcoming office space. I had a skin exam that was very thorough. They kept me on their cancelation list and were able to get me in fast- they said results for biopsies would be 7-10 days and I got results in 4 days. Highly recommend.

I have psoriasis which, after years, became severe and then turned into my joints (psoriatic arthritis). With the help of Lilly Derm I started trying biological drugs to help my condition. The first drug worked like magic for the first few months, clearing up my skin. Later, I started noticing a slight drop-off of pain relief efficacy so the Dr. suggested trying another one. Unfortunately, the second drug had almost no effect on me - my joint pain came back quickly and severly, and I started getting dry skin spots back. I asked that the Dr. just put me back on the first drug, that I had just taken for almost a year and had no side-effects or issues with, to relieve my pain while we explored other options (I had already taken the expensive blood test for it). The office refused saying

My appointment was canceled due to weather and the staff was quick to contact me and set another appointment only a couple days from the original. When I arrived the staff were very professional and accommodating. When in my appointment the staff were very friendly and professional and did a great job explaining every step of what was being done. I do have follow up surgery and know that I will be very well taken care of.

Dr. O and her staff were great! While doing the procedure, we talked and laughed. Most comfortable doctor appointment I’ve ever had. Did a great job on my forehead. Doing a follow up in February with the doctor that did the biopsy.
