My visit felt rushed. I had several areas which were sun damaged. I received the standard treatment of freezing the spots with liquid nitrogen and was prescribed a cream to apply on my chest, at home with little instruction. When I got home I realized the provider forgot to zap my nose. I call the office to see if I could return for a quick zap. They insisted my nose was treated (It was not) and I would have to make another appointment or wait until my next scheduled appointment. Unfortunately I will be charged for a new appointment for a procedure that should have benefited completed at the time of my initial appointment.

The ladies were nice but my "skin cancer screening" was a total waste of time and money. First they tell you to completely cover up in a hospital gown. How can they check you while you're covered? The answer is they don't. The clinician ran her fingers over the top of my ears and by my eyebrows for about 15 seconds and called it good. That was it. Total waste of time.

She was very nice and helped me alot with my problem . Very knowledgeable.
