First of all, I grade hard. Easy A's arent passed out for mediocre service. There is nothing mediocre about Lilac Dental LLC. From the moment I arrived it was all upbeat, professional, knowdgeable and easy. The staff treating me made sure I knew what to expect during the procedure. They asked me several times if I was okay. They treated me with care and kindness. These professionals don't 'talk at you', they 'talk too you'. They really treat and care about the patient. Dr. Barber is excellent and the staff is too.

The lilac dental office is by far, the best dental office I been to in my 30 plus years of life. The staff is also great with kids. Plus the staff genuinely have chemistry with each other and make it a fun environment for patients and the staff. It's like having extended family. They are transparent with procedures, pricing and very knowledgeable/ good at their craft. Highly recommend

Good experience, however I’m still trying to get adjusted with working with new staff. Erin was kind. My concern is that no one read my chart to find out that I requested no fluoride when under the care of Dr. Ward. During my first visit under Liliac Dental, I was given fluoride and I could tell the next day. That’s what made me say something about the fluoride during this visit. When I told the hygienist, her entire disposition and tone changed. Made me feel as if she was judging my preference. Other than that, the service was good. Dr. Barber was very personable.
