Lihua Xu

We had the worst experience Lihua Xu, MD at her PatientFirst location. Condescending, rude, poor advice, and poor evaluation. Came in with flu like symptoms. Chest discomfort and congestion. History of recurring pneumonia. Admittedly not serious enough for an ER but enough to settle for an urgent care since our PCP is closed on weekends. We were consistently cut off when trying to explain symptoms and all the information we tried to give was dismissed in a condescending tone. No advice given, not even a flu/covid test. Didn't know what Rhonchi - a basic lung sound - even was. We understand places get busy but why go into medicine if you lack the basic care and compassion of a human being. Poor excuse for a doctor. She has done more to convince us not to seek help than she has helped us tod

Terrible bedside manner. She spent no more than 30 seconds in the room with me. The whole time she was staring at the computer and was very dismissive. ABSOLUTELY no recommendations whatsoever. AVOID going to this doctor.

extremely rude and did not explain things clearly, very bedside manner, just looked at the screen of her computer the whole time when talikng to the patient, wonder how she got medical training.
