I was very impressed how quickly he found my problems without going into too much detail and set a long term goal to properly fix them. Thank you for the confidence that I am in good hands. I’ve been seeing Dr Ross for many years and he is by far my favorite chiropractor, (I’ve seen quite a few over the course of 25 years). Dr Ross always provides the exact treatment that is needed, instead of a “one size fits all” approach that I’ve had at other practices. He is very knowledgeable, professional and has a very caring personality, where you feel completely understood on your specific issue that you’re experiencing. The receptionists are very kind and professional as well, and are very efficient getting back to you quickly if you have to leave a message to make an appointment. I will continue to see Dr Ross as long as he’s practicing, he’s always given me excellent results.

Dr. Shanna is amazing! Today was my first time ever getting a chiropractic adjustment and she did a great job explaining the whole process and putting me at ease. She is very knowledgeable, and super warm and friendly. I feel so much better and would definitely recommend her to anyone curious about trying out chiro! ❤️

To say I was disappointed in the communication I received from this practice, is putting it nicely. I actually had gone here a few years ago. I was in a car accident last week which totaled my car, and I walked away with whiplash, neck and back injuries. I attempted to schedule on their website which gave technical errors. I reached out via their provided email. I gave a brief summary of why I needed to be seen (my car accident injuries) and that I wanted to try to be seen as soon as I can. I then received a very odd, and questionable response from one of the staff members via text (provided my phone number) there. I was first questioned if I was at fault for the accident or if I was in a work vehicle. After telling them no to both, I was told that they “require their patients to retain an
