From my initial phone conversation with Taylor, I felt confident about how my son’s visit would go. She was kind, attentive, and responsive qualities that immediately set a positive tone and are so important when choosing a pediatric office. On the day of our appointment, my son and I were greeted with a warm welcome and friendly smiles from the front desk staff. The office itself is adorable and very kid-friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The check-in process was seamless, and we were seen promptly. Dr. Wilson was absolutely wonderful patient, understanding, and highly knowledgeable. She provided thoughtful guidance and made us feel truly heard. I am very grateful for the care we received and look forward to our next visit.

I had a really great experience with Lighthouse Pediatrics today. I called for a same-day sick appointment for my son, and it was incredibly easy to get him scheduled right away, which I truly appreciated. The office itself is very clean and clearly well cared for. It’s kid-friendly while still feeling pristine and organized — something that always stands out to me as a parent. I especially appreciated that they have a completely separate sick waiting room with its own entrance, apart from the well waiting area. It made the whole visit feel much more sanitary and thoughtfully designed. What impressed me most, though, was how respectful the team was of our time, especially given how sick my child felt. From the moment we walked in, we were brought back to a room almost immediately and see

Dr. Wilson and her team are truly incredible. From the moment we walk in, everyone is so kind, patient, and genuinely friendly greeting us individually and making us feel immediately welcome. I have never once felt rushed. Dr. Wilson always takes the time to answer extra questions, and after appointments we’re welcomed to let my little one finish a bottle or change a diaper without any pressure to hurry out. Somehow my children always seem to get sick right before a holiday, and I have never had to wait more than a few hours for a sick appointment. As a mother, that gives me so much confidence knowing my children will always have access to care when they need it most. Anytime I call with a question about a cough, fever, or anything else, Dr. Wilson or her team always call me back promptly

Our experience at Lighthouse Pediatrics has been absolutely incredible — beyond anything we could have imagined. Honestly, 10 out of 10 doesn’t even do it justice. From the support staff to the nurses, every single person makes you feel welcomed and cared for. Dr. Wilson is extremely attentive and thorough, and Eric is top notch — genuinely kind and always going above and beyond. We love everyone there. If you’re looking for a pediatric practice that truly treats your family like family, this is the place. Can’t recommend them enough!

I’m extremely disappointed with our experience at Lighthouse Pediatrician. I left an hour early for my one-year-old daughter’s appointment, but because the office is located in a very high-traffic area, we ended up running slightly behind. As soon as my GPS showed we might be even a minute late, I called multiple times — no one answered. When someone finally did pick up, the receptionist told me there was a 10-minute grace period. We arrived within that timeframe we were told. However, once we were physically there, the receptionist changed her story and said there is actually no grace period, that we were considered a no-show, and that we had “wasted our time” coming. We were charged a $75 fee — which, fine, we were technically late and I’m willing to take responsibility for that — but
