L.I.G Physical Therapy and Wellness

I came to LIG to address chronic, painful tendonitis in my elbow as well as a knee issue. I was interested in trying the focused one on one approach instead of your typical PT office where your therapist is juggling several patients at once. Matt took great care to pinpoint the issue and came up with movements and exercises I could also do at home (he took videos which he sent to me which was very helpful!). Both knee and elbow issues showed improvement after just a few sessions. Matt is very professional and knows his stuff! I only wish I had started sooner instead of suffering for all those months. -Cheri

Matt patiently helped me work through shoulder, pec, and bicep pain along with a separate incident of a lower back injury to the point where I was able to compete multiple times while I rehabbed my injuries. Today I'm virtually pain free. Wouldn't have been able to compete at the Arnolds without his help.
