Service was top tier from time I entered the office. Ms. Roxanne really took her time with explaining was was being done. Job well done.

Really nice people… seriously, wonderful car-side manner. The woman that met me in the parking lot was sweet. That’s the only good I have to say about the place. Aside from taking my temperature in the parking lot, I was guess diagnosed over the phone. Was not allowed into the office due to my fever. I have no insurance, so I paid $175 for this place to send a nice woman outside with a digital thermometer and ask my symptoms over the phone. They said they think I have the flu. No blood pressure test, no blood tox, no swabs. Guess work. They sent 2 prescriptions out for cough and nausea while I was vomiting in a bush outside of their office. Went home and suffered through 104 degree fever last night. Better today after a bottle of DayQuil. TLDR- Nice mannered staff. Terrible job diagn

This little clinic is great. Clean and quiet. Got lucky with someone canceling thier appointment and they saw me quickly. Roxy at the front is so friendly and helped me get some medications cheaper before I left. Saw some reviews complaining about it not being a walk in anymore which isn't 100% true since I got lucky walking in. I couldn't get into the Advent Health urgent care down the road because they were booked with appointments too. I guess it's the luck of the draw with urgent cares nowadays with COVID.

I had an amazing experience at this facility. The provider Heather was so kind and took her time to go over my concerns. They even helped me find the cheapest pharmacy in the area for my medications. They have a location in Wesley Chapel but they were booked out so they were able to get me in the same day at Zephyrhills location. They definitely went above and beyond for my medical needs. I would recommend this place to anyone.
