Dr Eckman and Dr Dusek are both wonderful with children. When my daughter would not get up in the chair, Dr Eckman got down on her level and convinced her to get up and give it a go. When her cavity was filled she was able to provide laughing gas to help the whole process. Small town dentists with big city training!

I truly wanted to have a good experience here, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. About three months ago, I reached out to Lifetime Dental to explain my brother’s situation. He has Down syndrome and is nonverbal, and it’s extremely difficult for anyone to examine his mouth. I made it very clear that we weren’t looking for a full procedure. Just some initial x-rays or even a quick visual if possible, and that we simply needed a dental team that could accommodate his needs. I spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone with a nurse explaining everything in detail. She repeatedly reassured me that they were equipped to handle patients with special needs like my brother, that they’ve worked with kids like him before, and that they would absolutely be able to accommodate him. 2006 was the start of my years of being a dental patient of Dr Eckman. That’s 17 years of having the best care I could have ever had. Dr Eckman is upbeat, professional, up to date in practice and person, and loves explaining the needs of your dental care. I would call her a passionate professional who is swift in assessing and adept at doing all the dental handiwork from exams to larger jobs. When I first went to her I was amazed at how gentle an experience was the work of her hands! This gentleness remains among many hallmarks of DrEckman’s talent as a dentist. Extremely unpleasant experience! Called over a month in advance, was on the phone for well over 20 minutes trying to set up an appointment. Which I asked if they took my insurance multiple times an they reassured me they did. (They did not) an when I showed up for my appointment they lady told me “I wasn’t here last week, so someone must of messed up” except I had called more then a month prior. Extremely unprofessional if you ask me! Do not recommend this place at all!

New client of Lifetime Dentist and very happy with Dr. Eckman and dental hygienists Ashley and Megan - all great to work with! Both the Park River and Grafton facilities are very up-to-date and appealing.
