Lifetime Dental Care

Dr. Chen and his staff were very caring and concerned about my comfort. The office is clean and professional. I was concerned about switching dentists but my mind is now at ease. If your worried about it I can tell you Dr. Chen speaks fluent english and you won't have a problem understanding him. I hope that is not inappropriate to mention but I do hear this type of complaint from some in other situations. I definitely recommend this dentist. Will go there the rest of my life....ah that is a relief.

While the people there were extremely nice. I went in there to get a tooth pulled because it was causing me so much pain, they convinced me to do a root canal instead so I went with it hoping it would stop causing me pain and I wouldn’t have to get my tooth removed. After the root canal they didn’t have enough time to put the crown in, told me to come in at the beginning of next year. By that time the root canal was already almost gone because they’re brittle and parts of my tooth were broken off so now I have to get it pulled.

Dr. Chen is a kind and compassionate individual that has an excellent staff working under him. I would highly recommend Dr. Chen and his team if you are looking for top notch dental care in the Jackson, MI area. :)

I have been a patient at this office since the early 1980s. Dr. Chen bought the practice when Dr. Bierwirth retired. He has done fillings and a crown for me. Relatively painless and did a good job.
