This place is the worst! They don’t answer your calls, sat there an hour a couple a weeks ago for a scheduled appointment for a client asked the front desk what’s going on apparently she “can’t see schedule appointments” after waiting for so long I ended up leaving, therapist never showed nor answered my calls. The place is just horrible, front desk people are rude and have terrible customer service. If i could pick another location i would, but it’s not me who’s going for service. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Avoid this place if you value your self respect! Upon arrival to my appointment today, they presented a drug testing form for me to sign. I asked what kind of place is this and I got no response from the women at the front desk. I asked is this a drug treatment facility? Again no response. Never in my life have I been asked to sign a drug testing authorization. Avoid this place for mental healthcare as they will treat you like a drug user. Unreal!!!

Horrible customer service. The front office staff shows no level of concern. I recommend finding a different provider.

The staff is Friendly and helpful and they work hard to get you your meds.
