Life’s Retreat Massage & Spa is truly my happy place. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and relaxing, and the staff genuinely makes you feel cared for. The facials and massages are absolutely incredible, and the team is so knowledgeable and attentive. They take the time to understand your skin and your needs, and I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and glowing. The HydraFacial is hands-down my favorite service — my skin has never looked or felt better. I especially love that I receive customized skincare recommendations afterward, so I know exactly how to maintain results at home. If you’re looking for a spa that truly focuses on wellness, results, and a personalized experience, I can’t recommend Life’s Retreat enough!

I had to cancel my appt. last minute (I got very sick overnight) and understand the inconvenience this puts on the staff. I would have rescheduled, but was told they would be taking my $50 deposit. I've been going to get massages here for a couple years now and have never canceled my appts. A little understanding would've kept me as a customer- life happens. Treat your customers better!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Life Retreat refused to refund an UNUSED gift certificate and couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction. No attempt to help, no compromise, just hiding behind policy and keeping the money. For a business that markets itself around wellness and care, the way they treat customers is the exact opposite. This felt greedy, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. If this is how they handle a simple refund request, imagine how they handle real issues. I would strongly recommend taking your money elsewhere.

Asked for a relaxing massage for my mother and I. They scheduled us a deep tissue massage instead. When I told them what happened they offered 20% off our next booking

I just came back from my massage from Ashley, and oh my... she did amazing. My back is a mess... I have knots all over that never ever go away. Ashley was so intuned with every muscle that was hurting. And ... im a talker , so I asked her if she would prefer talking or quiet, and of course she said that was up to me.. so I started talking and she did to. We laughed ! A lot.. I know most people are trying to relax when you get a massage, but for me I like to get to know people, while relaxing. And she is top notch! I will be back. She was super knowledgeable and I left feeling so much better ! Ashley was the best massage I've ever had.
