I wouldn’t put my pet in this skilled nursing facility. The care is abysmal. The help bells are constantly going off and no one responds. My mom rang her bell so frequently and no one came to help, yet there was a “ nurse” at the desk on the computer and an aide filing her nails at the desk. Not only did we move my mom from this facility but the family of the person next door also moved their loved one to another facility. Lastly, a non certified aide attempted to give my mom an injection until I stopped them. Unbelievable.

THIS PLACE IS WORSE THAN HELL! Staff AND administrators are miserable, uncaring and should not be in the business of caring for the elderly. They show no empathy or patience and we have witnessed this firsthand on several occasions. They do not follow through with required care and never answer the call bells. They do not inform family with updates on the resident, especially when it is vital or an emergency situation. They ignore requests and seem bothered and are rude at all times. The rooms are old, in disrepair and need to be painted. The common areas are cold and have no signs of comfort. The photos on the website look nothing like this place DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!

This place is so unprofessional and has the worst nurse I’ve ever met working there!!!! In the rehab they have a male nurse (calls himself Lauren) that violates all types of HIPAA laws there is! He and another aide were talking about a patient in the hallway by the double doors, making fun of the patient and their mentality. It’s so distasteful! There was another instance where a patient was in the common area and he yelled at them, I was in shock! In multiple occasions I would ask questions and he was rude every single time! I will be telling EVERYONE I know to keep their family members away from this place! Then got upset at me because I called him a sir and he wanted to be called a mam, sorry you’re clearly a man and if you want to be called a she you should have it on your badge or som

I wanted to thank everyone at Lifequest especially all the people who work in the subacute rehab area. My mother was there for 2 weeks after surgery and they took very good care of her. The hospital didn't even want to clean my mom but as soon as she arrived at LifeQuest she was given a bath and they made sure she was comfortable. Everyone was very attentive to her needs and my mom reassured me everyday that they were taking good care of her. She always felt safe, respected, and cared for. It truly means a lot to have everyone step up and make sure she was treated well. Good job everyone 👏 👏👏☺️❤️

Stay away! My grandmother was admitted to LifeQuest for rehab care and eventual long-term assistance, and our experience was absolutely devastating. In the rehab unit, there was little to no communication with family. Despite her doctor’s orders, she was not given physical therapy for the first three weeks, which caused a major decline in her mobility. The nursing staff—mostly agency nurses—were often rude and dismissive, showing no bedside manner or compassion. When she was moved from rehab to assisted care, nothing improved. Nurses routinely ignored her call bell for hours, forcing us to step in to dress and clean her ourselves. Her food orders were not followed—despite her needing puréed meals after a stroke, she was repeatedly given solid food she could not eat safely. Personal belon
