What a horrible experience, a most unprofessional company. My wife had scheduled an infusion. Her Neurologist decided to cancel the infusion due to my wife being sick and having a heart procedure later in the week. The nurse showed up anyway. And when we refused service she became incensed, and left in a huff. We called today to reschedule. And Julie answered the phone. We asked to reschedule she put us on hold. She then got back on the phone to inform us that the nurse refuses to service us and would be unable to administer her medication at all unless she could come in, which she can't as she is disabled. Apparently the nurse calls the shots at this place. We said fine, we will call our Neurologist and have her find us someone else. Then Julie got indignant and said she would call our Ne

Love this pharmacy , the staff is the best I’ve ever dealt with ! They do there job very well ! Andrew is very knowledgeable and very respectful to me each and every time I get my scripts ! Absolutely the BEST ever....I never have to worry about my grandson's meds...they are filled and delivered well in advance of the refill deadline. Andrew is marvellous, he always asks if he sees anything unusual and takes care of evderything. I simply can't say enough good about this specialty pharmacy!

Wonderful Staff. Very knowledgeable and patient with any questions. All of that, and they Deliver!!! Their delivery guy Rico is amazing as well! He is quite accommodating and communicative. I've been with them for a couple of years now and have no complaints or plans of switching.

My son needs his medicine to be on time, Andrew is always on it! He’s so helpful and easy to talk to. Recently had a recall issue on my son’s medication and Andrew helped with every question I had, he helped me to better understand the medication and made sure that I was comfortable with the switch to a new medicine. He assisted me with insurance issues and seems to really care about his patients. I couldn’t ask for more from a pharmacy, I will continue to go through them as long as my insurance allows!
