I’m so please to share the great service, the nice staff and the wonderful people around my aunt. In a short time she is thriving and eager to rehab with the help of the facility and what it offers. Dont know how this place has so many 5 star ratings. If you really wanna know what its like here, just know your loved one better be able to feed themselves, clean themselves, and use the bathroom by themselves. Or they will be sitting in dirty diapers all day, leading to utis and other infections. Watching them put a tray of food in front of someone with no capability of feeding themselves and expecting them to just “figure it out.” Ive watched my grandma and her roommate go downhill so quickly in this godforsaken place. Do not send your loved one here if you care about them.

I recently visited a friend who in being cared for in this facility. It was clean, sunny and very pleasant. The only sign of concern was the number of personel. I waited at the nurses station for over 15 min since no one came at her call, in order to get her help to go to the bathroom as she was too weak to get up on her own. She was refused a bed pan. I finally grabbed a personell rushing by and she tried to help even though this was now her patient. She finally said just go in the Chux the patient was wearing.. I have no problem with the kind personal, only the lack of enough of them.

Life Care Center of Orange Park is a wonderful place. I have had the opportunity to be there twice now and you can tell the staff really do care about the people they care for there. It is clean it's bright and right now they have made it so festive! I've had the opportunity to work with Robin the activities director with a few of my teachers and it was a wonderful experience and we can't wait to come out again. I would highly recommend this facility if you are looking for long-term or short-term care for someone.

Friendly and accommodating to family. Gentle care was taken with my mother’s admission to long term care, ensuring familiar surroundings, we were assisted by maintenance adding personal touches to comfort her as well. I am appreciative more than I can express for inspiring confidence my mom is in good hands when I cannot be with her. First meals have been appetizing. Will update, but so far, we are Great!
