Life Care Center of New Market

This is the most well kept nursing/rehab facility I have ever been in. My uncle, James Shank was sent here for rehab after a fall that fractured his hip. We visited your facility today to celebrate his 93rd birthday with him. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. His room was well kept and the view he had is amazing. My uncle said that the staff are very positive and upbeat, which is really helping him. Thank you for offering such a great place for the residents you care for!

I didn't want my husband to go to any place but home when he left the hospital. However, I am so thankful that Life Care exists. I can go home and know that he is getting the best of care and rehab at this facility. The staff truly cares about the patience and their family. I feel very fortunate to have my mother at Life Care Center of New Market. I visit her twice a week and she is very well taken care of by a professional staff of nurses and CNA’s. Mom is happy at the Life Care Center and says she “wants for nothing.” The staff, CNA‘s and nurses are friendly and sincerely care about doing a great job. I feel very blessed to have my mom at the Center.

My mother in law is currently there for Rehab after breaking her hip. I would like to say the family has been extremely pleased with the care she is receiving. She is not only receiving great care, but everyone from the Nurses, CNAs, down to house keeping has approached her with smiling faces and genuine care and concern for her. Everyone we have come in contact with seems to really enjoy what they are there for, taking care of the patients! The place has a wonderful atmosphere from the minute you walk in until you leave! It is very clean and well maintained!

My daughter has been at this facility for 6 years. The love and compassion she receives is one of the best feelings ever for a mom. They are on top of her medical needs and keep me updated if there are any changes. Some of her nurses have been with her since day one and that speaks volumes for her feelings. I give this facility a 5 star rating for many reasons: Love, attentiveness, dedicated staff, facility cleanliness, working with insurance, patient activities… I could go on. We are very happy with the decision to have her at Life Care of New Market! May God continue to bless this facility!
