Life Care Center of Hilliard

Staff was so helpful to me and so kind to the residents. Every resident I saw looked well cared for. The Center was clean and tidy. This was my first time visiting so navigating was not really intuitive; however, the staff walked me to my destination and seemed completely happy to do that.

Came yesterday to visit some people from our church, always good to see everyone! Tracie at the front desk is always so helpful with a smile ☺ on her face and the staff always helps us find the rooms we are looking for. After coming here 7 years we still don't know our way around! Always a pleasant experience!

Stopped again last Saturday to visit my old friend. Staff is very helpful (even the student trainees). Efficient with their patients and made the time to chat with me about my friends needs. I don't know how they do it...I couldn't. Pleasant, clean atmosphere.

My sister-in-law tells me that she likes the staff at Life Care of Hilliard, she has been there for over a year. I am happy with the care she is getting. But what really impresses me is that if I have a concern it is immediately address and taken care of. We are able to relax knowing that we will get phone calls letting me know if there are any issues going on with her. We as family members have a great relationship with the staff at Life Care of Hilliard and they are greatly appreciated.

First, I’d like to compliment the lovely flower garden as I entered the facility. Then once inside, the fall decorations were so beautiful and inviting. I’ve visited this facility many times over the years but today, the whole atmosphere was very positive and beautiful. I thought if I feel this way, surely it must impact its residents in a positive manner.
