Life Care Center of Gwinnett

This has been a great short term stay for my Mom. The rehab staff has been outstanding and they are quickly getting her mobility back to where she was prior to this illness. The administrative staff’s customer service has been 5 star and they have gone above and beyond to ensure my Mom’s care and comfort were top notch. Their attention to detail in every department is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this facility to care for your loved one if they are too ill or weak to come home🩵

My mother recently had to recovery here at Life Care. The nursing staff and technicians are the absolute best and took such good care of my mom. We especially enjoined the event coordinators Janie and Michelle who were so much fun and did an amazing job keeping the spirits of the residents up. My mother really enjoyed them.

I so agree with Hieti Utter who posted her review 3 months ago. Folks just aren't doing their job here. My mom was sent to this facility for rehab care after a fall. The first day I visited my mom was ok and we thought she was in good care. The second day of my visit, I found that my mom slept in the day clothes she had on the day before. I asked for assistance to get her changed and the caregiver had an attitude. Yes, I was upset and rightfully so. Then they didn't have the proper pair of legs for the wheel chair, not to mention the legs seemed to have disappeared on a few occasions. That day I asked how often they change their soled depends, i was told every 2 hours. I was with my mom for 3 hours and no one even bothered to come in and asked if she needed to be cleaned. I was furrious. T
