Life Care Center of Farmington

Life Care was my dad’s home for three and a half years. When he initially entered the home, dealing with the financial aspect of his situation was very stressful and frustrating. Mary Medina (Business Office Manager) dealt with the Medicare process. Her experience and knowledge were invaluable. She walked us through everything with care and compassion. Additionally, I would like to thank the entire staff in Unit B for the care my dad received. They treated him with love and respect in their daily dealings. The physical therapists showed professionalism and patience and kept him mobile for as long as they could. Our overall experience with Life Care and its staff was positive. The empathy shown to our family is greatly appreciated.

Mary Madina, Business Office Manager, has been our right arm during the seven years our loved one was a resident at Life Care Center. She was always professional and congenial to our needs. I just want to say "Thank you" for helping our family through the journey with our loved one. ❤️

My step mom was injured and needed therapy. I can't say enough good things about the staff at life care, they really helped us out when we needed it. I would highly recommend lccf for any assistance that you would need with any of your loved ones.

I have had a good experience here most everybody has been super kind and helpful. just met the doctor and he was very helpful and a wealth of information for me. I especially want to thank a nurse named Mariah she has been super super helpful and gone above and beyond to care for my Wound and gather information for me as a newly diagnosed diabetic. Really can’t put into words how kind and helpful she has been but she has treated me like her own father. And thanks to Larissa and Tequila and Shirley also.
