Awful customer service. The front desk ladies speak 100 mph, difficult to understand what they’re saying. Extremely rude and impatient.

I am making this yelp review on behalf of my mother. My mother has a eye procedure done by Dr Lien Huong Nguyen in June 2013. It was done incorrectly. My mother has been trying for years by herself and with her new eye dr's help to get the medical records release so she can get new care. No dr will help her because they need the medical records. I tried to make a compliant to the state medical board but I can't find their licenses online for either Dr Nguyen or her husband, Dr Barry Fung.

She always over book, so you must prepare to wait more than a hour, and she is very in patient to you, only spent a minute to my eye then tell me come back 3 months later
