Thank you so much for the 5 star service to the staff. From the moment I walked in for my MRI procedure, it was nothing but professionalism, respect, help, care, and just a very comfortable and pleasant experience during a not a very easy time. I was taken care of after being late for my appointment. They were still able to take me and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Highly recommend the whole team and will definitely be back if need be.

I was with my friend he was Geri an mri I had my service dog and got kick out because I was no a patient if I ever have to take anybody for services it’s no going to be here if my service dog and are not going to be all in here

I had an appointment for an ultrasound and also needed some x-rays done. So I arrived 20 minutes BEFORE my appointment. And they took me in 20 minutes AFTER my appointment was scheduled. And instead of taking me in for my xrays (no appointment necessary) while I waited for my ultrasound tech. They said, that I had to get the xray after my ultrasound. So after I was done with my ultrasound, they gave me another form to fill out, which I did. And while I was filling out the document, the xray tech, was arguing with the front desk staff because she did not want to wait for me to finish signing the document as there were other people waiting as well. But I was there first and I was not given this form to sign. They should have taken me while I waited. There was the even many people waiting. T

1. I came in as they opened, with no other clients in the room I was told to come back 3 hours later, nowhere does it say on their website that you need an appointment. 2. Very limited in sizes of pants and smocks, which for some reason were not adjustable. 3. X-ray technician was incompetent, which led to having to redo the scans 4 times. The doctor came over and fixed the machine issue, getting the 2 scans I needed. 4. I gave all my information, including my card, and was still hit with a late fee without any warning 2 whole months later.

From the front desk ladies to Daniel and Angelo, my MRI techs, everyone was absolutely wonderful. Kind, gentle and made sure I was comfortable. Walked me through the process beautifully. Will certainly use them in the future!
