I left a message on a late evening which was last Monday. I also had an appt already scheduled for that upcoming Wednesday. I received a call Thursday morning from a nurse Kari. She was following up to the message I left. She rated she saw that I have already seen my provider but wanted to make sure I was not in need of anything else. I also had questions in that triage message about medication she ended up answering for me. I was super impressed with the follow-up. Even though I have already seen my provider she still followed and closed all her loops. This is the reason I come to Liberty. That was exceptional care in my eyes.

I called to get a new primary care Dr I got one ! It wasn’t until October 7th but I called again today and they are getting me in sooner! I go in September 8th very quick and very easy

Been patient since June 2025. Seems can never get my test results on time and have to call multiple times to hear no response. And seems nowhere to go online and see for myself.

I would highly recommend Liberty Resources for anyone with mental health issues as well as for medical reasons. Every person/ receptionist, scheduler, nurse, and especially Dr. Bhashyam. My brother is 62 and finally getting the support he needs….Thank you!
