Liberty Regional Medical Center - Walk-in Clinic

I had an amazing experience here last night! My cat bit me and tore up my finger. I’m 24 weeks pregnant, and I did not want to go get it checked out. I have had terrible experiences with health care in other hospitals across the country and I just didn’t want to deal with it. But my husband insisted, so I went. They first made sure they could handle an animal bite before I filled out any paperwork because they didn’t want me to get halfway through paperwork for the clinic and then need transferred to the E.R. to start all over again. So that was nice. After they confirmed I could go in, I was seen within half an hour. The nurse was very kind, and I only waited a few minutes on the doctor (I believe her name was Bailey). You know those medical TV shows where someone goes in for something

Chloe was the nicest triage nurse.. the lady at the desk is always nice at sign in. They were so nice and polite! The lady that did my insurance information was aggravating me by not being able to find my info correctly and I've been coming here for years knowing damn well they can see it. Hell she even saw I went to physical therapy.. very aggravating when you are in pain. But I couldn't take away from the nice doctor and others that played their role and made me feel like I'd get the answers needed for my pain.

This walk in clinic was an absolute blessing. The front desk ladies were so nice along with all of the staff. My 14 month old has been coughing for over a year and she recently got extremely worse. Military doctors are next to useless so this place was her saving grace. The doctor, nurses, and radiology techs did an amazing job with her. FINALLY, after so long of military doctors doing nothing we got closer to getting answers and we are able to keep her comfortable until we see a specialist. I am so thankful for this clinic!!

You all do not understand how this has been a blessing for me and my family. There are literally two pediatricians in Hinesville for the civilian peasants >_< and I am so happy for every person that works here from the front desk to nurses and doctors in the back. We walk in and are seen in less than 30 mins. Diagnosed, prescribed and out the door in less than 60 mins. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. I just wish I had known about them sooner. Instead of waiting 30 days to see a pediatrician. You guys rock and are forever blessed for your service!

From the front door to the back, I had a great experience.NP Tommy Crutchfield knew immediately what was wrong with me even before the test. The nurse that I had was amazing also. I was in and out very quickly. Thank you for listening and taking care of me this afternoon.
