This is thé worst emergency ‼️ 🚨 place I’ve ever been my entire life. I checked in with my son since 09:13 since then been sitting in the lobby no words whatsoever to us. This whole place is a total scam, it needs to shut down and investigated. They only after the insurance money. Around 11:19 I decided to asked what’s going on why my son haven’t been called yet, as I get up to go home they call me telling me there’s a room ready for us, I can assure you they wasn’t BUSY, they just want to maximize the hours so they can make as much as possible. That is not humanly, SHAME ON THIS PLACE, SHAME ON Y’ALL PEOPLE WHO WORKS THERE. I wish there was a way I could not give any stars, but I have to give something to move forward.

I arrived tonight to get medical treatment for possible bronchitis or walking pneumonia as I've experienced both before and know the symptoms. My coughing hurt my lungs and congestion from my head blowing my nose. I'm a healthy 50 year old and I work in Hospice. Never had heart problems and I'm a runner and go to gym 5 days a week. I do not have any med problems but recognize symptoms of more than allergies or a cold so that was my decision to nip it in the butt before I got worse as I work with elders in my Hospice job. They had me do the Flu and COVID test as expected when I arrived, as I came in with a face mask and disinfectant not wanting to put anyone at risk I waited 40 min after test then took back to room to await. The nurse came in then the Doctor. The young Woman Doctor on duty

Do not come here if you need to have a child or if you need to get checked if you’re pregnant. My doctor is in Savannah, but she informed me to go to the one in Hinesville because that is where I live and it is closest to me. The first time I went, I went at night and there was a nurse on staff She was very rude to me and told me she doesn’t understand why I came here because I have a doctor in Savannah and I should’ve gone there instead. She was an older lady, and I could barely understand her because she is very illiterate. She did not handle me properly the first time. I then had to come a second time, but I had a different nurse and she was completely nice no issues and I didn’t even feel my cervical check though I was posterior. I have GBS so I have to be very careful and I have to ge

Do yourself a favor and don’t bother coming here, just go straight to memorial. Came in last night basically almost unable to walk, on the verge of passing out. Throwing up violently and unable to breathe. Not to mention I’m pregnant. Got into the triage room and a man in the lobby passed out because they were forcing him to stand there and check in so they kicked me out of the room I was in and back into the lobby. I get he needed immediate help as well but there’s more than one room. When I got to memorial they rushed me back immediately unable to find my pulse because it was so weak. I ended up being admitted. They did an amazing job treating me. Liberty regional should be counting their blessing that nothing ended up happening to my baby or I’d be opening a fat lawsuit. Do not go here,

I'm 13 weeks and 4 days pregnant came in with shortness of breath, belly pain and back pain. The nurse I had he was very nice and took his time. But when the doctor came in he sat down asked a few questions poked me in my back and said well we need that urine sample as soon as possible. I told him ok I didn't have to pee at the moment but when I can I will do it. Not even two seconds right after he left some other nurse came in and she said when you can as soon as possible please can we get that pee because our little doctor ( older guy I never seen before with an accent) is very impatient and I don't have time for him and I told her I understand. I don't blame her because he wasn't very nice. I didn't know when you come get help from a hospital you get rushed because the doctor is impatie
