Liberty Pharmacy

My husband and I both have started using Liberty Pharmacy for our medication needs. And I have to say coming from the big store pharmacies, to a local owned pharmacy is a different world! THEY ACTUALLY ANSWER THEIR PHONES! Everyone we’ve spoke to, or seen at Liberty are so FRIENDLY! They have been so accommodating to our needs no matter what they are. They’ve always been very respectful, and efficient. Not to mention I’ve never had to wait for my medication to be filled. FAST! Their customers are definitely priority. Thank you all at Liberty for always being fast, and friendly!

Such a nightmare, trying to get a prescription transferred from them. They told me they won’t transfer unless the other pharmacy initiates it and the other pharmacy won’t initiate it either. I thought they’d be great because they’re local but no such luck.

My doc recommended this pharmacy. I am glad she did. I drive 30 miles one way just to give them my business. They have earned it. A touch more expensive than the big box stores. However I will gladly pay for better more personable customer service. With how fast paced life is now it’s no problem for liberty pharmacy. They get you what you need fast and with a smile. Awesome place.

Liberty Pharmacy is the best I’ve used! The staff are very helpful and always friendly. I have never had to wait for someone to answer the phone, and they’ve even reached out to me to let me know if I have a refill available so I can pick up more items in one trip or to see what flavor my cat would like added to his medication. I have also never waited more than a couple of minutes to pick up prescriptions. I can’t believe this level of customer service still exists. I’m so glad I found them and definitely recommend making the switch!

Jeremy is one of the pharmacist I have worked with this year. I feel like he knows me on a personal level. When my prescription is sent over and Liberty doesn't have it in stock they call me before I get the chance to call them. 90% of the time if the medication has to be ordered it's the next day that it will be available. I never get a text messages when I am not supposed to. I never have to call and check on any of my medications. If it is on auto refill I don't have to stress or worry at all about my medication not being ready. I just wait for the text measage. I wish I wrote down every employees name because they are excellent. They expect most insurance. Now that my insurance will be active again. I will not every go without insurance and I won't ever use another pharmacy. I have t
