Liberty Pharmacy

Liberty Pharmacy is a small neighborhood pharmacy. I have had nothing but the very best service there. The owners Rama, and her son Byass, their staff Lewis, and the young lady (I can’t remember her name); give top-tier service. They are very courteous, professional and helpful. I have NEVER had a negative experience there, and I will never take my business to any of the big pharmacies. I just read a few negative reviews, and my reaction was ‘WHAT?’. I have been a customer for over 15 years, and have NEVER had anything but the very best service. I have never had any staff be rude, never had my phone calls not answered. The moment that you step in you’re treated like family.

I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like more than just a customer—you’re treated like family. The staff is not only knowledgeable and efficient, but also incredibly kind and genuinely caring. They take the time to answer questions, offer guidance, and make sure you feel supported every step of the way. In a world where healthcare can often feel rushed or impersonal, this pharmacy is a true gem. I’m so grateful to have them in my community.

I’ve been a customer of Liberty Pharmacy located in Englewood New Jersey for over 10 years. They are by far the best Pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They really treat you like family and the deliveries are always on time and they never make any mistakes. They are definitely efficient and good at what they do. This review is partially my own fault. I stupidly went back to Englewood, NJ thinking that since I'm not going to the supermarket or any of the restaurants on Palisade Ave, within all of which I have had excruciatingly awful experiences, I might be okay with using a pharmacy in the city. But at least now I know to expect awful experiences EVERYWHERE within that city. See, I thought if you place a telephone call to Liberty Pharmacy, speak with the pharmacist, advise her of the medication the NEW JERSEY physician prescribes, further advise of how many tablets are needed, and further advise of what insurance the claim will be processed through, to all of which the pharmacist replies that I could obtain the LAWFULLY PRESCRIBED NON-OPIOID medication at Liberty, I expected to patronize them and
