I just had the worst experience at another local office before coming in. From the front desk gals, to My dentist, that was the BEST dental appointment experience I have ever had. These ladies valued my business, made me feel absolutely comfortable ( even though I was on edge due to the recent appointment elsewhere) from the second I walked through the front doors. I’ve been in north Idaho for 45 of my 46 years, and have never had that good of an experience at ANY dental office. I would give them 10 stars if I could, and anyone who hates going to the dentist, please give these ladies a shot. Thank you Liberty Lake Family Dentistry! Looking forward to my next appointment!!!!

I rate this facility 5 stars simply because of Shelley in the billing department. After all was said and done for an emergency surgery, I was concerned about my bill and stressed that it had taken me a month to get to the task, if not longer. Shelley was patient, efficient, and understanding of every concern. These days it’s hard to get an ear for any issue that doesn’t have a quick fix, and Shelley really handled everything even going above and beyond by checking that my bill matched my insurance paperwork. Thank you Shelley!!!!

This was my first visit to LLFD. I am new to town. I was in need of a crown replacement. My experience was extremely positive. Dr. Olmstead was able to complete the entire procedure during my visit. She took special note of my need to plenty of anesthetic. I experienced not discomfort during my visit. Everyone was kind and courteous and appeared very skilled at their job. I've been a longtime patient and finally got around to writing a review about the dental care I've received over the years. Starting with my hygienist, Breanna, she is incredibly skilled and thorough when cleaning my teeth and monitoring any changes in my overall oral health. She consistently provides outstanding professional services, advice, and genuinely cares. During my most recent cleaning, we discussed several cracked teeth and one in particular that now required intervention. She recommended that I consider a crown before any decay could set in. Dr. Olmstead examined the tooth and confirmed the finding, and the crown was scheduled for the following week.
