I have been waiting to make this review because I was hoping this would be resolved. I have been going to Liberty Hill Pediatrics for almost 5 years now and have loved almost every minute of it. Lately we have been having issues with a doctor, billing and management. I took my son into be seen back in April for on going diarrhea. The doctor insisted it was strep throat. The test supposedly came back with a faint positive. I was told, “a faint positive is like a pregnancy test, it could be positive or negative.” They said they were going to have it run for a culture. They never told me how much it would cost or that I would be getting a bill from the lab. I am a self pay patient so that information is important. I never received a call about his results. We love Dr. Laura Swann at the LH location! We've been seeing her since my daughter was born in December 2022, and will continue seeing her when our new little one arrives in October. As a new mom that experienced lots of anxiety and concerns, Laura always takes the time to listen and answer my questions. I truly can't recommend her enough! Also, I have never had a billing issue at the LH office. Alicia at the front desk always takes great care of us.

They have been very accommodating with our last two last minute visit. The front office is always very polite and sweet, the medical assistants are always helpful and understanding, the the NP is very friendly and answers all my questions. It’s nice to have someone so close and reliable for my son as a single mother. Thank you!

I drove from where I was in Cedar Park to Round Rock to pick up my daughter to Liberty Hill Pediatrics. They told us she wasn’t on my insurance so I called to see what was going on since she’s been on my insurance her entire 7 years. They said she was definitely on my insurance and they didn’t know why she was coming up as inactive, but they would fix it and it would take up to 48 hrs for her to show active, but to go ahead and have her appointment. One of the staff came out to where I was sitting to tell me they had canceled my appointment and no one would be able to see her. It was like a wild goose chase and a huge waste of time to accomplish nothing. I had just taken her to an urgent care a few weeks before and there was no problem with the insurance card. We love the NPs here and have been coming since our first child was a baby. However, during a recent visit for a simple weight check for our one-week-old newborn, the office wanted to charge $40 just to weigh her, without even seeing an NP. When we declined, they canceled our visit without concern and didn’t offer to let us use their scale for peace of mind. Thankfully, another parent in the waiting room, who happened to be a postpartum nurse, had an infant scale in her car. We ended up weighing our baby on the ground in the waiting room while the office staff could see us—all while knowing there was a scale in the back. This is not the level of service or care I would expect any clinic to provide for a newborn baby (or any child). It seems a lot like corporate greed, taking advantage of
