LI Urgent Care

Every person from the front desk, the nurse and the PA that we saw were so awesome and friendly. Christine was so thorough and careful with my child’s care. Having the xray on site is why we came but the friendliness and dedication of the staff is what will bring us back!

Everything was great! I arrived before my scheduled save spot time and was taken right into an examination room. Medical assistant was kind, professional and efficient. Doctor D. came in right away, asked questions related to my symptoms and did a thorough exam. Offered me input into further testing and treatment. Overall an excellent experience.

I called and made an appointment. I was in the room in a reasonable amount of time. Dr Christine Hagerty was WONDERFUL! Very kind, caring & knowledgable. I have a lot of allergies and she was attentive to that when prescribing medication. I felt heard and very cared for!

The nursing staff and doctor were great. Very good Bedside manners. The receptionist is very harsh and not accommodating. I heard her speaking over two people while I was waiting. She didn’t wait to see what they had to say and blurt out standard answers. She kept picking up her phone. Not a good first impression in the Front-office when you’re not feeling well. I was there on February 11 around 12 noon.

Scheduling is really easy. Check in as quick the two girls at the computer at the desk to check you in could be a little warmer. Care as always is excellent. I am an RN and I bring my family and myself here because I trust the practitioners implicitly. I wish this team would have a primary office. I would be patient there in a heartbeat.
