My name is Gregory Boone. I am a 25 year disabled army retired veteran. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is notorious for out sourcing vets to be re-assessed for conditions which have been diagnosed by their providers. i.e., primary care, specialty providers etc. After being scheduled for multiple appointments at LHI (Logistics Health Inc), clinics I had not received information regarding my appointment, and began to inquire about my so called non contact exams (C&P), which resulted in constant evasive responses that caused me to become suspicious about the C&P.. At each visit I provided written documentation of my medical history. Every visit with this organization has been a nightmare! I retrieved a copy of my results from my appointments from LHI, to my amazement none of the med

Everyone was extremely nice. I've had horrible experiences with navy doctors as a whole and that was what I was expecting. Nurse Erma was so kind and funny and truly listened to what I said. The rad tech (forgot her name sorry!) was so amazing too!

They called to cancel my appointment 12 hours before hand. It's always nice to see how when a patient doesnt give 24 hours notice the doctor is quick to charge the patient but it's ok when they do it. I now have to take unpaid time off because the doctor couldnt be bothered to my appointment. Now I have to wait an extra week to be seen for my medical issues and forfeit a full days pay.

33 visits, missed 2, rescheduled. everything went ok. Seemed about what I expected. Who knows if psycology is doing any good. Better mind set after visits.

The receptionist and some Spanish lady didn't want to do they job. I came in told them I called ahead talk with someone told the lady the exact time I'll be there. Because I was stuck at Berkeley Bridge opening. She ask what time was your appointment, my reply 3:15 she said you have a 20min grace period I said looking at my phone its 3:28 her reply yeah sorry 20min is your allotted time. My reply 20 minutes not up LHI NEED BETTER STAFFING PEOPLE THAT CAN TELL TIME .
