LG Health Physicians Family Medicine Twin Rose

I’ve had good experiences talking to staff at Twin Rose, when I have to call for my consumer. Last night was NOT one of those nights. It would be nice if they had an option to just leave a voicemail instead of having to speak to someone who is extremely rude. I get the frustration of trying to get information when two people are talking. When I was trying to talk to her, he kept talking while I was talking. In a nasty voice, she says, are you going to talk or is he going to talk?! We did put him on the phone. I was trying to communicate something important to her after that and she snapped and was yelling at us. As a caregiver, I do sometimes have to relay important information regarding the consumer, since they do not always remember. As difficult as it is to talk to two people, it is at

I absolutely love the office and the people there. However I had a family emergency where my wife was in the hospital. I was in care of her service dog. Yes she has proper documentation. It’s a small dog and was in the dog stroller the whole time. However I was told I am not allowed to bring her with me. The doctor refused to look at her documentation. I realize I am not the dogs handler however under an emergency situation this needed done. I take life sustaining medication once monthly. The dog caused no issues. What happens when my wife comes to my appointments will she be rejected as well?

Excellent experience I needed blood work done I am terrified of needles but Sarah made me feel very comfortable and she was very confident and efficient I really appreciate the service I didn’t catch the young lady’s name at the greeting desk Closest to the front door but she was excellent she made my kids and my wife feel very welcomed and comfortable I give five stars all around ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I have been going here for a few years. The providers are absolutely wonderful and caring. Margaret Krumm Is the best. She listens and does not judge and is also very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this provider in this location to anyone looking for great care.

I been going here for 18 years. Normally they are very good and don’t run over time too much. Idk if they don’t have enough staff or if they changed management…..but they have gone down hill with their time management, customer service, and overall appreciation for their client and their time. I had an appointment today. Which I moved up earlier because I had a migraine which was lasting 18 hours long. I had to go to work because I don’t have the luxury of having “personal days” to take off. I literally left work early. I arrived earlier than the time they requested to be in the office (mind you that was 20 min before the actual appointment time). Only to wait 30 min past my appointment time….only to be told it be another 15 min before I was seen!! 45 minutes after my appointment time???
