I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here. The front desk staff and nurses are always kind and helpful. They are informed about the portal so it is fast and easy to get test results, medication refills, or schedule appointments online. I see Dr. Buckwalter for primary care/women's health and she is amazing! She listens carefully, explains everything in detail, and answers all of my questions without judgement. She has very considerate bedside manners that make me feel comfortable during exams. She has done such a wonderful job creating a truly safe space for women. I would absolutely recommend her and could not be happier with the quality of service she provides.

Getting an appointment at any LGH Family Practice is one of the hardest things to do. How is this healthcare. You will never be able to see your PCP, practices are just to overloaded with patients.

I have been going here with my sons (4 of them) for 15 years. I've NEVER had a bad experience. Wait times are usually less than 10 minutes. The Dr's and nurses are wonderful. I've never had an issue getting in touch with a nurse during or after hours. Ive never had a bad experience when I've needed an acute care appointment. For not being a pediatricians office they do amazing with kids.

I have a very demanding job and cannot always be on time, I had to pull a lot of strings just to be home for my appointment, which I needed, they have a fifteen minute late policy, I was at twenty minutes. They made me reschedule. I tried calling but there is no direct line to the office, you have to speak to someone in a call center who sends a message to the office, which they obviously don’t read because when I got to the office they said “oh yeah there was a note that you were running late”. This office used to be great, but ever since they joined Penn Medicine it’s gotten worse and worse. Less personal, more business oriented. I love the Doctor I see there, but I think I’ll have to change in favor of a practice that cares more for the individual and less about getting patients in and

My PCP here is Caroline Buckwalter PA and she is amazing. Not only does she talk to me like a human and not a patient, but she has gone above and beyond in helping me get through a pretty rough car accident. She is so kind and genuinely wants to help her patients, I definitely recommend her and am so happy that she is my primary doctor.
