I was appalled that my 90 year old mother. Went to this office for a routine visit and she was coughing and looked sick and because she was 10 to 15 min. Late we got and attitude from the g irl checking us in to my mom's Doctor. The doctor proceeded to tell us she was going to have to read mom's blood results fast because she was late which put the behind(we are talking about a 90 year old women with heart failure). So we understood nothing and I ask her to listen to mom's chest and she said, IF SHE FEELS LIKE SHE NEEDS TO BE SEEN SHE CAN GO TO URGENT CARE! Well needless to say I took her to urgent care and she had Covid all i can say is my mother better be ok! And she will not be returning to Emuwa or this office ever again

Excellent expert medical professionals and friendly staff! I don't really understand all the complaints on this review list. I've gone to places that were much worse in Lebanon county. I think it is a blessing that the Penn medicine system has set up shop in a County that was really lacking in good quality expert medical care. Lebanon on average as a hole is generally not a great medical county, but the Cornwall family medicine Penn practice has served me wonderfully. Usually I go down to Lancaster or over to Hershey PSU for my specialists, but Penn med primary general practioner care for me personally has been great at this doctors office. I was sad to see the amazing psychiatatrist Dr. Stagg MD leave and I will be sad to see Dr. Kinnely leave! The PA Emily there though is excellent! Ver

We lived in Lebanon for 3 1/2 years, and after trying to stick it out with the pediatric care at this office for several years, we eventually moved our children to a different office 45 minutes away in Lititz. I really don’t write reviews that often, but this is so bad I feel like I need to. The dr gave one of our children the wrong vaccination, we were prescribed the pure form of albuterol the led to us accidentally overdosing another one of our children, and now almost a year after moving out of the state we are still trying to get them to send completed vaccination records to our current provider. Dr Matthew Torres is a wonderful, caring family doctor. I never feel rushed, he works with our family to do well checks back to back. Office is always clean, secretaries are kind and helpful, we even love seeing the NP Heather when Dr Matthew isn’t available. Refills are painless…all around wonderful family practice.

Dr. Denyse Allen is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen. She was supposed to be caring for my sick 6 year old but instead stood on her soap box preaching her personal beliefs for 15 minutes. She then would not respond to my calls after my daughter had a allergic reaction to the prescribed medication. She ignores her patients needs. If u have children please take them to any other doctor.
