Dr. Moreno and everyone at this practice are kind, patient, understanding and very professional. I've been coming to this practice for years and I'll never change! Fantastic service, advice and very friendly nurses, and administrative staff!!

Horrible wait times, arrive 15 mins early for scheduled appointment like they ask, then sit for over a hour not being told anything, then wonder why patients are upset! The nurse didn't even know why we were being seen, had to tell her a urine sample needed done for appt. She says oh I didn't know anything about it! Can't begin to explain how angry and disappointed I am with this office

Came here for years and still don't have answers. Used to be able to message the doctor, but now the nurses constantly close down the conversation and shut the messaging down. They do their best to make sure the doctors don't get to see the messages that are sent. I have been given an attitude by the nurses previously as well. It's really gone downhill. The whole MyLGHealth system is a joke now.

Dr. Moreno is wonderful. He is helpful, patient and caring. The best pcp I have ever had. Office staff and nurses are nice too.

I wish they would do a way with the middle person, so it goes right to the receptionists and nurses at the office. Because it's too much calling around, and the information isn't getting to the provider or nurse that you're wishing to talk to, it gets lost, and then the patient isn't treated in a rightfully manner.
