The dr i see is great. But the lab work situation is beyond slow. Good heavens!! We waited HOURS just to get blood drawn. Ridiculous!!!

They do not listen they do not help at all you tell them your mine issues and they throw it out the door if your in pain and deal with everyday chronic pain they will tell you they can not help or give you the medicine that you been taking they cant give you that so try Tylenol when you do and that dont even help so you call and tell them that and they tell you sorry our drs dont help with that but your my PCP what you mean you dont help control that until you can get into a pain management clinic thats part of your job is to help control the health issues so I will be finding a new dr

Dr. Douglas is fantastic about following all medical problems I have. I've needed to be seen several times for serious conditions and he always tells me to come right in. He never puts me off to the ER or has me wait for his next available appointment. No matter what I go in for, he goes through all my diagnoses and documents my progress. His bedside manner is comforting and he makes sure he gets a smile out of me by the end of my visit. His care team is top notch. They are prompt with returning calls, resolving prescription needs, keeping track of appointments, and alerting Mason with problems I'm having. I highly recommend this office.

My friend recommended this place to me. I had to go to the walk in clinic and I was warmly greeted. I only had 4 people ahead of me. Everything went smooth. The assistant that checked me in was so friendly and very sensitive to my illness. I was seen by nurse practitioner Sara and she was wonderful. Very thorough and gave me everything I needed to heal fast! I will be going there again!

I had to change physicians. This will be my 3rd PCP (not drugs 👀) in 37 years (that I recall). Dr. Rodriguez is amazing. She is kind, listens, and provides feedback. She has not once made me feel inferior or been rude to me. She has only listened to everything I say and we discuss any issues. I hope she is here to stay!
