If you have the entire day to spend here, then this is the perfect office for you. They will schedule your appointment for a specific time, but you may end up waiting up to three hours past your scheduled time to see the doctor.

Talk about receiving terrible service. Front desk staff... the epitome of unprofessional. They do not greet patients upon entry, they discuss other patients information loudly. The wait time to see the doctor but in my case, the physician assistant was extremely long- close to an hour to be exact. They called me the day of my follow up appointment to reschedule.... no one followed up with me regarding my results. I called to see about scheduling a follow up and still no results.voicemail is consistently full so no one is able to leave messages. It's been over 2 weeks and not even a returned phone call ... this will be my first and last time utilizing this medical office.

When I booked this appointment, I specifically made it to verify a prenancy. . The appointment was for 11:15 am, we came in a t 11:00 am. It is now 2:37 pm , we saw the doctor for a Pap smear was told to have a seat for a sonogram, two people go in before us. When I finally asked the tech, I was told that she doesn’t even have my daughters name in the list. Then I was told that it’s a separate schedule for the tech which we weren’t told. I explained that we have been here since 11:00 am. The response I received was like “ welcome to here, this place will have you waiting a long time”. Completely, unprofessional!

Absolute worst. No individual attention to my needs. As a doctor your lack of compassion is horrible. I tried to follow up for a priscription and the phones went straight to voicemail.

My daughter attends this clinic & has never met Dr.Williams ..I feel that's so unprofessional ..Why be affiliated with a PC and not attend ? Such disregard for her patients...My daughter tried to change clinics but was too far along ..I will be having a conversation with Dr Lorraine Williams ..I'm so disgusted with her and the unprofessional staff !!!! This place is not worth it !!
