Level One Trauma Center - Adults

Do not go to this ER. Please do not. They only care to advertise a title of LEVEL 1 trauma, but do they care about people? No, they do not care for sick people at all. I do not know if it is lack of staff. Lack of pay. Lack of care by staff, or all of these reasons and many more. Whatever the issue is, you will wait 12 hours for any semblance of care. Staff is clearly checked out and jaded, used to a mundane day to day routine. Go to another hospital if you can. Maybe not a Level 1 Trauma hospital for non critical trauma, as at least then you may have some hope of care.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This hospital is horrible and ignore our every request only part that was okay was coming into the emergency room those folks treated us do well. But after that ever nurse is mean doesn't come when asked iv been waiting an hour and half on a doctor or nurse to acknowledge me !

Spent 10 1/2 weeks in their trauma center after a motorcycle accident. The trauma team is the BEST! If you've made it here....relax, you're in good hands! I know them by name and they're all heros!
