Horrible experience, if you are faxing something to them make sure you call that day they do not check the fax in a timely manner. If you have an issue with insurance and what you need is not approved they do not call you, I had to call them. They take no blame and give you 3 different answers no one can get it straight. I had to call my insurance company to get what I needed covered and after telling them what they needed to do they never called me when they said they would to let me know my item was approved. The front office staff besides Christine is rude and unhelpful always cutting you off and not wanting to hear what you want to say. Stay far away from this location.
