As a martial artist, I stretch a lot and always assumed that was sufficient to preventing stiffness or muscle "lock ups." Went to Leslie Sisto 2 years ago for help with a problem spot - at the suggestion of my chiropractor - with the intention of it being a one and done visit. Have had her work on me routinely since then. Very methodical with excellent hand strength. Works the knots/problem spots rather than just poking them. Not always a gentle experience, but definitely a big assist in recovering. Definitely recommend.
Good service. Cold brew was really good.
