Another failed attempt! After writing a negative review about the practice, Dr. Leslie Doctor asked me to come see her and reconsider. I was billed for the first appointment with her colleague which I refused to pay. The staff had no idea what I was there for, tried to take a fundus photo again until I had to explain I was there to get my vision prescription corrected. The tech took the exam and I sat and waiting for an hour. I explicitly asked how long the appointment would be, I was told 30 minutes. I ultimately had to leave because I'm NOT late for my patients, I have more respect for them. The front staff was rude as well. Everyone was great from the registration at the front to the tech who was so knowledgeable and sweet to Dr Leslie.. i’m am happy with them and i will pay a little out of pocket to get the best quality i can receive for my eyes.

Dr. Leslie Doctor is the most caring and compassionate doctor I know. She recently performed Cataract Surgery on my mom. Her bedside manner was beyond my expectations. My mom felt totally comfortable throughout all of the appointments, and was thrilled with her outcome! She is so happy with her vision after Cataract Surgery, since it has totally improved her quality of life! She has been recommending Dr. Leslie Doctor to all of her friends! Fern

Run don't walk from Dr. Doctor and her "leg breaker" Maria. It was one of the worst experiences of my life, getting cataract surgery that failed and almost left me blind in my eye. Not only did she charge me full price private pay($4000) for an IOL lens, (claiming it had to be laser-- LIE) but she also charge Medicare for it. The procedure failed and I would go back week after week and she continued to say that somehow would get better. And be careful when they're trying to close the deal because they'll take you into a room and strong arm you. I think she's is good dr but dishonest and lacks character. Needless to say, I had to pay thousand out-of-pocket that I never got back and had to repay for the same surgery from a more competent surgeon.Ironically, I saw Maria in the waiting room

I have had excellent care from Dr Leslie Dr. As well as her associate and staff. When I developed a problem with my retina, they referred me to a specialist who handled my issue as well as fear with great care. I would recommend her to anyone. Especially to someone who might have fear of anything to do with their eyes, like I did.
