I had a problem with the pharmacist at the Doral LEON and I spoked to someone at management and they promised me that they would look into it and get back to me which they never did. Tells you something about what they call "PERSONAL ATTENTION". What a joke!!!

The Flagler Center is a big mess in the Ophthalmology department! In any given day old patients will wait 3-4 hours to see a doctor!

THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE! For the last 4 years my father has been going here. He has their provided insurance and is paying a good amount out of his monthly SSI. FOR WHAT? Schedule any appointment with these Buffon's and they can’t get their drivers to make it on time for the scheduled appointment! They are not even 10 min late they are 2-3 hours late and that is 2-3 hours after the appointment! And my father isn’t the only one! The information I have collected on this company! You Thieves! Wait for it we are coming to collect our money! Just like you on time for collecting money you are going to be on time for paying up as well! See you in court soon…..

My dads member id is 954 he has been with them for as long as I can remember .I have never had a worst time trying to get my 87 year old father tested . Now they tell me he has to wait 90 days to get the COVID vaccine .You call to ask questions and every answer is different . You leave messages to supervisors and they do not return your call . I hope they monitor this reviews , because I need somebody to contact me . I will try to transfer him to the west facility. They seem to have it together

Leon Medical center on Flagler., it’s the worst patient care I have ever seen. I want someone from corporate to call me, I’m not stopping till I get some one on upper management to call me.. So I can tell you what horrible service your team is doing.. But you still charging my dad Medicaid and Medicare.. 3 months my dad suffering from an illness and keep giving him the run around.. You won’t even given him an approval for Another Doc to see him.. A specialist I found for him, I have talked to Janet, Marilyn etc and no one helps my dad. I tried to get a hold of you famous lister Navarro, she won’t get to the phone.. a week and a half trying to get a hold of her, they will not put her on the phone, she’s to busy.. I’m going to have to report this to everyone, if anything happens to my dad fo
